😂🤣😅 The "flu" season is a total HOAX! It is actually "acidic body syndrome" from all the sugar and processed food, combined with stress, reduction of sunshine, dehydration, and participating in an increase of large group gatherings. There is a "cure" for the "flu." It is called a strong immune system. This is the "prescription:"
1. Adequate sleep, hydration, sunshine
2. Daily exercise outdoors in fresh air and nature
3. Spiritual care, joy, laughter
4. Reduction of sugar and processed foods
5. Healthy organic diet filled with fresh vegetables and lean protein

I have not been sick since 1987. That year, i gave up all western medicine. I will not even go for physical injury like broken bone.
