The mere mention of these heinous acts is nauseating. There is NO PLACE ON EARTH for these monsters. The only correct removal of them is complete and utter destruction so that there is not one tissue of their existence remaining. They are not worth a bullet - hanging or removing their head then burning their remains is the best method IMO.
