Josiah was experiencing some mouth pain, so he made an appointment to see his dentist. After a quick exam, the dentist said, "That new upper plate I put in a few years ago is eroding. Can you think of anything you've been doing differently lately?"
Josiah replied, "Well, about six months ago, I went to a restaurant and had hollandaise sauce for the first time. Since then, I've been eating it on everything!"
"That's the problem," said the dentist. "Hollandaise sauce is very acidic, and it's probably corroding the plate in your mouth. I'll make you a new plate, and this time I'll use chrome."
"Why chrome?" asked Josiah.
"It's simple," replied the dentist.
"Everyone knows that there's no plate like chrome for the hollandaise!"
