when they ‘amended’ or ‘changed’ the U.S. Constitution.
They imposed an income tax for 12-years during the Civil War

Robin, I believe that Wartime President Trump, White Hats, Q-Team and the Military shut down the IRS years ago and we are just waiting for the official public announcement that the IRS has been Abolished.
That said, the CPAs and Tax Attorneys who should have told Americans NOT TO PAY taxes to a Private Trust in Puerto Rico are still out their churnin' & burnin'.
They should be penalized for that.

Yes the IRS is shut down the mail now comes from The Treasury dept. but the content of the letter refer to the IRS....I have done lots of research on this subject...think I will ignore it for a while.....and after the first of the year may tackle it.....almost seems like a fraud, but I am cooled off now....as always, thanks for your response. Yes it's very infuriating when discovering everything they stole from us was a FRAUD.
That includes Property Taxes, too, another FRAUD.
