There was no LEGAL FEDERAL income tax between 1776 until 1913
when they ‘amended’ or ‘changed’ the U.S. Constitution.
They imposed an income tax for 12-years during the Civil War
& in 1894 & 1895 THAT WAS FOUND UNCONSTITUTIONAL…

The 16th AMENDMENT WAS NEVER FULLY NOR PROPERLY RATIFIED, AND THE IRS KNEW IT BACK IN APRIL, 1985, EVEN INFORMED IT'S DIVISION HEADS AS SUCH, YET KEPT ON DEFRAUDING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, ANYWAYS.
