Special privilege judge doesn't even get fully handcuffed only one cuff on one wrist while the authority is holding the other one telling her to put her hand holding her fingers together behind her back to make it look like she's cuffed.
If that was a guy being arrested they would break your wrist and your arms to make sure that your cuffs are on and behind your back
