#healthyyou throwing this out about egg shells also……. “Egg shells” are a new topic for me this week apparently……

I’ve even read where some save crushed shells and routinely sprinkle on picky kids food/food occasionally for extra calcium. Interesting to explore….. as dairy is disgusting and “mucusy” sounding to me…… but calcium is good for bones……. so I am intrigued by egg shells this week.
