NEW💥: Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel plan to release emails to the Senate and House Judiciary committees as early as Tuesday, showing the FBI’s Washington field office believed the Biden Justice Department lacked probable cause for the August 2022 Mar-a-Lago raid but proceeded regardless.

The documents, including four memos, will precede former special counsel Jack Smith’s closed-door deposition Wednesday, subpoenaed by the House Judiciary Committee for oversight of his Trump prosecutions.

The raid, requested by the National Archives to retrieve classified documents, led to federal indictments against Trump that were later dismissed.
