Then focus on your breathing and heart

for one minute be comfortable sat up spine almost straight

3rd Minute your mind will go mad as you ask to be associated with your spiritual sense

4th Minute you going into a higher realm Hand on Heart and Breathing

5th Minute will be different everytime you do it

What Christ said for you to gain your Higher being or Light
