..The governor will not allow Tina to be moved to federal captivity.

..Tina was strip-searched & thrown in solitary for filing a complaint on the prison’s GED teacher

...the prison was keeping her cell temperature at nearly freezing temperatures. As a result, Tina, a cancer survivor, had gotten very sick.

Today, we have more shocking news on Tina Peters’ health as a result of months of emotional & physical abuse...

Kat, our Wartime President posted PRESIDENTIAL ORDERS for the Officials (Administrators) of COLORADO, INC. (incorporated 1876) to RELEASE TINA PETERS IMMEDIATELY and in one post he used the word, "tortured".
This is highly significant and an important term of Law, specifically in regards to THE LAWS OF WARFARE.

WE ARE AT WAR. (AUMF 2001 not rescinded)
THE WAR AGAINST TERROR.

"Torture" is mentioned dozens of times in the DOD LAW OF WARFARE MANUAL and is absolutely, totally prohibited under the Geneva Convention, International Treaties, and Laws of Armed Conflict:

"1.6.3.4 Convention Against Torture. The United States is a Party to the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment..."

What COLORADO, INC. Officials are engaged in, besides TERRORISM, is TORTURE, IMO.

That would mean they qualify as WAR CRIMINALS.

these STATE OF COLORADO Officials (possibly hundreds or even thousands of individuals also directly & indirectly involved) are also acting in full violation of Executive Order 13818—Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption...

in their mistreatment and abuse of Tina Peters. 🤬

Just under those 2 Executive Orders (excluding numerous other Laws and Federal Statutes that also are violated), basically the entire STATE OF COLORADO, INCORPORATED and all of it's assets AND the individuals involved can likely be SANCTIONED, meaning assets SEIZED & all perps ARRESTED.
