What a lovely outcome and kudos to the nurse for breaking with protocol and following her instincts ( which is really spiritual direction from God IMO.) As a long time nurse I understand that intuition. It helped me intervene instinctively several times to improve an outcome that was deteriorating or harmful. 😇
