Nicole Staples, a teacher with Cottage Hill Christian Academy has been arrested for WILLFUL ABUSE OF A CHILD UNDER 18 after a video was circulated today where she is seen hitting a boy in a residential home that is believed to be her child 23 times. Her bond is set at $7500.
Update : Her employment at CHCA has been terminated according to a news source.
She made bond earlier this evening and was released.

I think it was the older brother who took the video. If he is a minor it is understandable and he saved his brother's life. But his brother could have fallen into an emergency situation because of the belting of that insane nature.
