NYSUT MoCAA:
New York State United Teachers Members of Color Affinity and Action Project is an intentional organizing effort to connect and engage with members of color and those allies who recognize the value of diversity.

“I’ve been in a white space for close to 24 years and the isolation is real,”
"Survival tactics such as code switching and being hypervigilant in white-dominated workplaces, were discussed as forms of racial trauma, since the desire to fit in, as a form of self-protection, can lead to emotional exhaustion."
