Dr Emoto proved that your emotional state negatively effects water and since we are made up of 75% water this negative emotional state affects us physically in ways we don't even know yet.

Agree! Too much processed low nutrient "foods" combined with poor hydration from drinking high sugar drinks like specialty coffees, soda, & "energy" drinks. Most people are chronically dehydrated. Also too much fast "food" and snacks like chips etc. It takes hard work and determination to make real meals with nutrient rich real food from scratch. Diabetes is rampant and childhood obesity is very prevalent. Making our bodies alkaline and we'll hydrated is a necessity for improved health. 😇
