If Mandami and Silwa are on the ballot twice and they can receive votes twice, which some have investigated & noted that they can receive two votes from each voter, Cuomo never had a chance to start with.

"Eric L. Adams" is still on the first line of the ballot. "Andrew Cuomo" is on the second line after three empty boxes BETWEEN Walden and Hernandez.
