🚨Update: Daylights Saving Time was established during World War 1 and 2 to give farmers and workers more daylight when electricity was scarce.
But today the only reason they have kept it is because government learned that more people die due to the change and stress on older people. Government wants more deaths so they don’t have to pay more social security benefits, lowers population.

I spent 50 years as an ER/Trauma and Critical Care nurse. I can tell you from my experience more trauma like motor vehicle accidents, falls, psychiatric disruptions, heart attacks and general illness occurs after time changes. In fact we always increased staffing in the week after the time change. 😇
