Wow, I didn’t know it was that prevalent at all. I am an overweight female but I do everything naturally using homeopaths, naturapaths, all kinds of alternative energy work… not in touch with Pharma because I know it’s all poison. I had no idea that many people were using it.
I’m not happy being overweight either but I’ve tried all kinds of things and I’m not gonna keep yo-yoing. It is what it is. I’m so very sorry for these women that are using this unknowingly.

Just keep doing your best to stay healthy and eat organic if you can, everything you are doing. Exercise as much as you can.
When Medbeds roll out those problems including being overweight, injury, previous poisonings, will be cured.
I actually believe much obesity in America is the result of poisoning (from injections and processed foods & drinks containing toxins and chemicals) for one matter attacking one's liver and other organs making it hard to lose weight, and I think women were targeted worse via that and injections than men, because the Cabal hates women.
Processed, fast foods and drinks took most Americans over the edge.
It doesn't do any good to work out then eat fast or processed food. We all have to change what we regard as food, because chemical & toxin tainted foods ARE NOT FOOD.
I think detoxing is KEY to weight loss, too, and staying detoxed by eating & drinking only real organic foods, going for natural cures not Big Pharma. That's just what I do.
