The only true and lasting weight management plan is to stop eating all processed food. The processed foods are either packaged, canned, boxed or wrapped in plastic. They have preservatives in them to provide longer shelf life such as - sorbic acid, sodium benzoate, and nitrites. However, the shelf life has no problem with being overweight. In general, processed foods have lost much of the nutritional value and are left with wasted calories and food value. They are also very habitual. My weight management consists of consuming all natural foods. Fortunately, we have a store in my town that sells natural products such as whole milk with the cream still in it from local dairies. Also free-range eggs from local farmers and fruit and veggies - even local honey. All grass-fed beef from local ranches and farms. C&J Butcher has been in business here for decades. As a senior citizen, my overall health is considered exceptional.

Wow, I'm so glad I'm a no drug person. Since I was a teenager no drugs. Weed a few times then I just lost interest. It made me sleepy. I like being alert.
