We are already under a Military Martial Law Jurisdiction 24/7, and the UCMJ is Superior of all our Laws (1775), so these "foreign courts" have to be shut down by the MILITARY.
Then we will probably head into the Trubunal Phase where we actually see the Tribunals that have been going on for years, and countless more Tribunals initiated. So many Criminals.
