while this ruling does set some precedent Humphries has yet to be overturned. The Supreme Court will here arguments in December and it is expected they will overturn it with a 6-3 vote. That will give Trump Carte Blanche to fire any one he chooses without cause.

I guess I feel like we have to trust him. I don't think Trump is flawless but I do think he knows so much more than we do about these people.
I know he loves our country and will do what is best for America not Israel not China, America.
