That's fantastic, Kris! I have a similar story... At the beginning of this summer, I developed peripheral neuropathy. I am not diabetic, so I was puzzled about the cause. It got so bad, that I went to the ER. After finding all my labs normal, the ER doctor said it could be due to a vitamin B6 imbalance. This is not the type of problem my primary care physician would want to explore, so I studied everything I could about B6 deficiency and B6 toxicity. I was also having insomnia (likely due to an increase in GABA at night ) - caused by elevated plasma PLP levels - PLP is the chemical - pyridoxine-5'-phosphate - used to supply B6 in supplements and fortified grains. I decided my issue was due to pyridoxine (B6) toxicity. I removed all sources of B6 from my diet - not just from supplements, but also fortified grains. Fast-forward to August, no symptoms of peripheral neuropathy or insomnia.

For the Peripheral Retinopathy, as a side note. I was seeing the flashes again in my right eye. I have already gone blind about 7 years ago or so. Completely blind with both eyes that recovered with them re-attaching both retina's, except I am back to being blind completely in my right eye. and I worried because of the flashes again, it signifies damage and worse! I was doing the Castor Oil, but not with complete results, however I use it from time to time to help with dry eye and the other eye stuff. But since taking this Alpha Lipoic Acid for the 3 days, I am seeing a lot less flashes as well in the right eye! It makes me feel a little better!!! 💫

It's difficult to be your own doctor while still being the patient. And when I say difficult, I mean exhausting! It's hard to treat yourself when you feel like yuck!

The medical schools have to return to teaching cause based care with a holistic whole body approach. There should be mandatory classes that teach nutrition and natural healing regimes using natural remedies. Care should be of prevention of illness through healthy choices and ways to keep the immune system strong. Today's medical care is symptom based pharmaceutical care based on algorithms. 💛 Me too! As things kept getting increasingly worse. I also take Potassium which has helped as well, and Magnesium, but it didn't seem to solve the complete problem. Perhaps the Alpha Lipoic Acid has now! I have slept for 3 nights straight and no leg cramps that got me standing up in the middle of the night! it would have been nice to have the Doc's help on this instead of her wanting me to be on more medication!

within 2 years all standard rothschild medicine will be gone.. only natural plant based medicine will be available. as an adjunct to med beds. imho and praying.

Great job Kris! For many of us, becoming an autodidact is the only way we can regain and maintain our health. I am so looking forward to a new medical system. Our bodies can heal without the toxic pharmaceuticals.
