Soda, processed foods, limited exercise, fast food= obesity and acidic bodies which are more prone to illness= more trips to the doctor= a prescription for weight control, hyperactivity due to too much sugar and poor nutrition or sleep apnea due to obesity= surgery to remove tonsils because of sleep apnea due to obesity......and on and on. As an RN I witnessed this change over my career. Sadly, IMO, the people who have the power: PARENTS, are the ones providing the terrible diet. 😢
