😻 On Sept 12th, TikTok user Ellie May, called for
President/CiC Trump to reinstate the Smith-Mundt Act
& rename it The Charlie Kirk Act.
ELLIE’S VIDEO WENT VIRAL & REACHED TRUMP.

Smith-Mundt was signed into law by President Truman 1-27-48.
Congress was concerned about the ideology & propaganda
of VOICE OF AMERICA/MSM on the American people.

Then the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 happened
& MSM propaganda & lies were LEGALLY allowed.
Obama signed it into law.

“President Trump..
I am hoping & praying that you will revisit what
Barack Obama & Joe Biden got rid of back in 2013
THE SMITH-MUNDT ACT
which held News corporations accountable for lying
to the American people & spreading propaganda
INSTEAD OF TRUTH..
You name it THE CHARLIE KIRK ACT..
& YOU MAKE IT DAMN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE
FOR THESE PEOPLE TO CONTINUE TO LIE..
BECAUSE OF THEIR CONSTANT LIES
A MAN LOST HIS LIFE OVER IT"

In perspective of this act, remember when Trump said they lied to him about the covid vaccine?

People are still mad at Trump because he endorsed the vaccines supposedly?
Perhaps Trump stated that to use it against them in the future by stating they lied to him too enact the SMITH-MUNDT ACT

The media is now going ballistic with his Charlie Kirk shooting. Trump was not there at the shooting, Trump can only go off of the information that is given to him to which not only by the media but by people within the government.

Maybe this SMITH-MUNDT ACT will put an end to all these false narratives.

911 twin towers, building 7, the Pentagon

Sandy Hook

Boston bombing

Covid-19 pandemic ECT.

I think we share a similar idea which is they can only report what they are provided. Sometimes they have leaks with no sources or anonymous sources but that makes them look sloppy. It may not look this way in the moment, but I think ultimately it might be possible that this is in part to help wean them off these universal narratives and scripts that are provided. If they become more independent it would ultimately produce better reporting and viewpoint diversity, provide more work as people went back to investigating and gathering facts, and providing critical analysis skills.
