Her pants look cut, there are some possible drops of blood on the floor. There is other footage of the assailant walking thru the subway train with the knife. There seems to be a lack of blood in this photo that a stabbing to the neck would produce, especially if the carotid artery was lacerated and there is a lack of blood on the pants if the knife caused these cuts. Just my observations. 😉
