i believe the go fund me was sponsored by the state as we should feel badly as he was poorly medically taken care of . they failed... not the government of course. after 14 arrests> his mother said he was mentally deranged. and now we know why decades ago they tore those mental hospitals down.. put it together.. she came thru the ukraine looking for a safe environment.. well she got it. in heaven with God. she is now safe everlasting..
