Just say NO to flouride treatments and purchase flouride free toothpaste or make your own. Use peroxide as a mouthwash and never use a mouthwash with flouride. Filter flouride out of your water too. When I did this all dental sensitivity went away. My checkups have improved and dental cleanings are faster because there is less build up. I never told my hygienist that I switched, and she remarked that my teeth and gums never looked better. She was my hygienist for over 25 years. 😇
