Interesting comment from DJT. I live in a small isolated valley in a much sought after area of Arizona. We are surrounded by both national and state forestry lands, and designated wilderness is literally a stone's throw. Sen. Lee of Utah (?) had the federal lands all round this valley slated for so-called 'low income housing.' I can promise you there is no way in hell ANY contractor would build any homes here not costing $1.5 Million plus. "Low-income housing" is a term they use to sell off the lands, it then gets rezoned and sold again to major builders/investors.
