I checked our state and they don't provide or produce it and here are a couple other lines of information:

2. What's Happening Elsewhere in the U.S.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture approved the sale of cultivated chicken from California-based companies Upside Foods and Good Meat in June 2023 .

A couple of high-end restaurants in San Francisco and Washington, D.C. briefly served such products in mid-to-late 2023, but those offerings have since been paused or discontinued .

3. Availability and Regulatory Landscape

As of early 2024, cultivated meat hasn’t reached grocery stores or widespread commercial availability in the U.S. .

Some states, like Florida and Arizona, have introduced (or passed) bans on the sale of lab-grown meat and seafood, with measures also proposed in places like Iowa and Tennessee .

I agree 💯. It’s good to see more states standing up against fake lab-grown meat. We need real food with real nutrition, not manufactured products pushed by big corporations. Hopefully, more states will follow their lead.
