There is a tragic story about dogs coming out of NY. I was reflecting on this bc I learned today one of the dogs from a case I worked on passed and how hard it is sometimes to keep going. I felt something on my arm and looked over expecting to see a bug and it was a feather. My first thought: Kris Williams! There were no birds around and I was under an umbrella so the best I got is maybe Kris knows something I do not know:)
I shouldn’t ask (big rescue dog advocate and have 4 from NYC ACC’s deathrow) among other fosters…but what are you referring to?

Upstate NY dog boarders charged with animal torture after 21 dogs die in their care
Robert Palulis, 48, and Anastasia Palulis, 38, were arrested at Anastasia’s Acres Dog Boarding in Argyle, on Sunday after cops were called to check on “a report of deceased dogs at the facility," Washington County Sheriff Jeffrey Murphy announced in a press release Tuesday.
