PANICAN = Panicking American.
It's simple.
Wartime President Trump is telling Americans NOT to be Panicking Americans, but instead to be Strong, Courageous and Patient - LIKE HIM, LIKE THE MILITARY, because GREATNESS will result from those good qualities of strength in moral character, and he is CORRECT.
Nothing good comes from being weak, panicky, or impatient, especially in a Military sense. In Warfare, being weak, panicky or impatient leads to guaranteed DEFEAT, and we are officially in the middle of a WAR - THE WAR AGAINST TERROR (AUMF 2001)
