"PANICAN" means "Panicking American", and because a lot of criminals in America who thought themselves above the Law are about to be arrested en masse, I would say they are PANICAN! 😂
President Trump is telling the American People not to panic, no matter what happens, to stay calm, use critical thinking, because the MILITARY'S GOT THIS.
