Good healthcare starts with prevention, then the causes of the dis-ease in the body are addressed and lifestyle, dietary, stress management, spiritual needs (mind-body- spirit approach) are encouraged. Pharmaceutical intervention is a last resort, not the first thing offered except for perhaps an antibiotic for an infection for instance. As a nation we must return to a holistic approach to healthcare, and Insurance companies need to cover non conventional therapies like frequencies, light, medicinal herbs etc. Also the better a person's health the LOWER the cost of health insurance. Obese? Pay more. Sedentary lifestyle? Pay more. Smoker, drug user? Pay more 😇
I was here early in 2021, then got "spooked". I am back because I want to live. I read a lot. I observe. I listen. I have faith in us.
