The same thing has happened in other states as well. Colorado has had several instances of people killed or severely injured in accidents caused by illegal aliens who have obtained CDL licenses without proper training (like driving in snowy mountain conditions, chain laws etc). Also unable to read English signs on roadways! Recently a person was killed by an illegal driver going the wrong way on an interstate highway at night! No CDL licenses should be issued to anyone who has not had rigorous training on all types of driving terrain and they must know the meaning of every road sign and directive!
