Interesting stats! Even after castration, even if there is erection, these POS' sadly can use objects, their hands, their mouths, and more to harm a child. Punishment I believe should be death, there is no rehabilitation, to allow for a second chance to harm a child! After all, the child, and their family must go through the trauma and lifelong repercussions of rape or the like.

the problem i have with this is they can use anything to assault a female or male victim...
so put them in prison or death penalty...castrate them anyway.
