I saw if Obama was not a Illegal President then none of what he put out there should stand, period! Rescind it all and get Obama and his crap out of there!

Except, this was passed by Congress under the 2013 version of the NDAA, where the Provisions of the Smith-Mundt Act were abolished, so that state-sponsored propaganda (i.e. "fake news") became legal! Those provisions need to be restored!
