Since POTUS was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and has no clue how the elderly struggle to survive, here's an idea. How about he lives on $900 a month for awhile and live in a rundown house and then maybe he will decide we need help? Seems he doesn't care about us!
I have electricity in half of this house. The roof leaks in the closet and got in the electrical in the ceiling. Landlord refused to fix. I heard the electricity sizzling through all the outlets as it burnt through the walls. Thank God it didn't burn the house down, and the house is on two different breaker boxes. Now I have extension cords running through one side of the house. Had to head with electric heaters last winter because the gas wall heater spews gas out of it. Landlord won't replace. I almost froze. House stayed at 57 degrees. Now I have to buy a wall heater to keep from freezing this winter. Kitchen sink backs up into the bathtub, but I'm expected to fix that. Nope not happening.

Can't afford to move. Rent is so high that it is impossible to find another place. Only other option is sign up for section 8 and live with the drugs and crime in town. I choose not to.
