I'm always interested in new methods of healing but this one makes me a bit queasy.

I've known and heard of urine healing properties for a long time but this video explains it pretty well.

Has anyone ever tried this in any form and if so please comment on its viability?

Agree James, have read about it but the thought of trying it makes my stomach flip and not in a good way!
