My ears have been ringing like crazy all day, my energy’s completely zapped….
Are we in the middle of an energy shift?
Whenever I walk into a room, something falls or moves. A loaf of bread, a bunch of potatoes, and tissue fell off the shelf about 5 feet from me at the grocery. I woke up this morning at 3:30 AM and couldn't go back to sleep. I hear a very low-pitched sound, almost imperceptible. I am having vivid dreams. I am tired. Is it me, or is it the ascension energy?
