My Mama and daughter both worked at the NUTT HOUSE back in the 1980s. This town is truly living history of Texas. When we first came here in 1977, the population was less than 5K. Most of the year many people went back to the metroplex but from Memorial Day through Labor Day, the streets were crowded with week-enders enjoying the town square and the lake. I sometimes take my home town for granted since I have been here for decades. This video reminds me of what brought us here many decades ago.
