According to the Original 13th Amendment,
anyone who takes compensation from a foreign power or who sports a Title of Nobility such as "Esquire" (the rank just below Knight), automatically loses their US Citizenship and therefore becomes a Criminal Alien.
THAT'S A LOT OF FOREIGN AGENTS who WERE US Citizens who are now Criminal Aliens.

The Original 13th Amendment was Ratified on March 12, 1819.
When ANY gov employee takes the oath THEY become the citizen.. They just reversed the role and called us the citizens. THEY also cannot hold office IF THEY HAVE DUAL citizenship. Easier to count who doesn't have a dual citizenship.

IMO no one should be allowed to run for any elected office who has dual citizenship. That should disqualify them. Anyone who currently has dual citizenship should be removed. In Colorado we have a governor who has dual citizenship with CHINA! 😡
