The real power at the tippy top is Satan. Doesn’t really matter how it’s structured from there. It’s ALL Satanic. Anyone that allows a Demon in to rule their life for the destruction of humanity and worship of Satan. We don’t need org charts to know that evil has persisted for 2000 years on earth and will continue to Satan is bound 1000 years. He uses confusion with all this cabal, organizations, etc to hide his purpose.

It's said that God is in us, we are made in the image of God.
We know through our genes that we have certain traits, we are all different yet so similar.
So what is it that makes, or allows Satan to enter people's lives? Are we all born with a good (godly) soul, or are some born with a satanic disposition? Is it nature, or does nurture have an effect?
What is it that separates us as godly, or satanist?
Trying to work that out is like tpondering where space goes to!
Logical thinking says were are born as individuals, and life experiences can have an effect. That effect can be split two ways,, we can have a good upbringing yet some turn bad. Conversely, a bad upbriniging can make one determined to break the mold.
There's too many variables, impossible to know for certain what makes a person. I think 'nature' is in our DNA.

You’re trying to answer a spiritual question with human characteristics. Yes all of those play into humanity mind, soul, body. But we are a spirit living in a body with a mind and soul. I am speaking of our spirits which the Bible says is fallen until we except salvation. Anyone in that state can be convinced/deceived/coerced to following evil even to demonic possession which IMO is what explains this type of depravity.
We are made in the image of God but God is only in us once we except salvation. We fell from fellowship with God the day Adam and Eve were deceived into disobeying Him.
There are also the bloodlines of the offspring of the fallen ones mating with humans. They are the main perpetrators of Satans agenda as they have aligned with and worship him. They are the ones called elites, at the top. It still boils down to he is at the top and uses any human willing to allow it. Yes some people just have a depraved mind but they gave in to sin to become that way.
I trust the Bible and God’s plan over Q. Q was written by fallible men and if what it says doesn’t line up with God’s word then I have to take His word over Q’s. Man plans and God laughs. Psalms 2.

Good question. Q never says what plan exactly to trust. I do believe there is a plan that they (Q team) have in place and trying to execute. I see a lot of it happening. At the same time I know what the Bible says will happen. As long as the God of this world is here we will never fully get rid of evil. Q quoted Ephesians about putting on the armor of God. It also says we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. You cannot fight on a level the battle is not on. This is a spiritual war not a natural war. Yes things we can do in the natural but to truly win the war it’s done in the spirit. though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) This refers more to our internal struggles but also explains where the war takes place, in the natural in the spirit
