People could end up being 'vaccinated' a thousand times over, a million times over, a hundred billion times over, depending how often they're outdoors during spray times.
Animals, plants, water, soil, trees, birds, insects, everything would get 'vaccinated' over and over and over and over and over.
I cannot see how this would ever be allowed.
