What School Really Does to Children πŸ‘οΈ

They call it education, but what it really teaches is obedience.

πŸ’ Sit still.
πŸ’ Don’t question.
πŸ’ Memorize. Repeat. Forget.
πŸ’ Be quiet unless spoken to.
πŸ’ Get rewarded for compliance β€” punished for curiosity.

Children are born with wild minds, creative souls, and energy that could light up cities… and then we put them in buildings that grade their worth by how well they repeat information from a system designed decades ago.

🧠 The truth?
School trains kids to function in a system β€” not to understand it.

Most never learn:
β€’ How to process their emotions
β€’ How to tune into their intuition
β€’ How to think critically or create freely
β€’ How to remember who they are

By the time they leave school, many children have forgotten how to dream.

And that was the point.

My mother never got to finish college so she talked to me all the time about it. For some reason, I kind of pictured it like a Plato discussion circle sort of experience. Boy, was I disappointed when I got there! πŸ€”πŸ˜§ πŸ™„πŸ˜†πŸ˜•
More stupid memorization and regurgitation.

College is all about the Money
Give me the money, and I will give you a certificate so you can earn more money,
Maybe.
Maybe not enough to ever repay the loan you borrowed
You will be proud of that certificate tho
You are going to pay for it the rest of your life. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
They tricked our parents too
And Grandparents

I don’t regret my experience. I learned things other than what they taught me in the classes. I only had a small loan which I paid back pretty quickly. Back then things were different with the interest rates, but I still didn’t take out much. I never would have. I understood taking out a loan and making sure what you purchased with it needed to be ofmore value than the loan was.
