Obama did the same thing in 2012, by eliminating the provisions of the Smith-Mundt Act, which cleared the way for state-sponsored propaganda (FAKE NEWS), when it was gutted in the 2013 NDAA -National Defense Authorization Act!

Both Governments decided it was ok to LIE to us 24/7!
