Half the states have weather manipulation programs. Texas has a good one. On their website they brag about keeping their lakes and reservoirs full with Cloud Seeding technology. Even the underground water levels. They even explain how the cloud seeding is used. And how it works

The weather engineering to effect harm on people is ungodly. They only this week have finally admitted to weather manipulation because of the Texas disaster and loss of life, children mainly. I know the President recently called for investigation but find it hard to believe he isn’t aware of this tech systematically used against us for decades. I believe natural weather has none of these extremes. They want us to believe extremes are natural. Climate change hoax on steroids.
