Shiela I appreciate all that but sadly I cannot help him. He's my best friend but now under the care of the VA and his family, and I have no Medical POA or right to get involved in his healthcare sadly, and they won't listen. My friend is the most devoted Father I know amongst all my friends. Every Saturday he would take his Autistic Daughter, carrying her in his strong arms, gently placing her in the front passenger seat, driving her all around pretty places and talking to her as if she had no condition at all. Here's the problem, he's my Best Friend BUT I am not his medical POA or Caregiver, and his Fam trusts their doctor which in his case is the VA.

He is holding on, remembers old times, but has a hard time remembering what we talked about 5 minutes ago.

What I am REALLY Praying for is MEDBEDS so I can get him slammed into one, and his daughter also slammed into one. PRESTO!

His wife passed, has a sister and kids. Situation stable but every month he seems to lose more memory. He is the one who took his daughter for a drive EVERY Saturday, now he can't remember what car he owns, so it's heartbreaking. Who will drive her now?

Medbeds - for now -and Suramin, which was a great Bayer product and has been recently found to (almost miraculously) to cure Autism. But Bayer took it off the market years ago.
Of course, try to tell a parent to try Suramin and he or she will ask the child's doctor about it and the doctor will put on an award-winning act:
"Oh No, Don't - aghhh - Oh My God, do not eve listen to that evil woman who is trying to kill your son."
This has happened to patient advocates when they've tried to help for other diseases and conditions.

The tissue was found to have parasites in it.

Just an aside, might be interesting:
studying as an Art Therapy Grad student, I
observed several facilities for autistic children.
Many teachers told me that they felt there was
a 'key' that would unlock their minds so they would be 'normal' and I've known mothers of autistic children who basically cured their children.
One young man did TV interviews for a while.
He claimed that once his hearing was 'repaired' he became 'normal.'
And a friend wrote a book, "Lyme Induced Autism" She cured her son with chelation.
Now, we find that Suramin can cure autism.
