But of course, politicians and bureaucrats are off limits.
Judges are the worst, IMO. Elitists of the highest order...immune to discipline of any sort...so they believe. But of course, it has to be this way if the worst of criminals need protection, and whistleblowers need to be silenced.
I'd say it's working as designed.
