Good idea!! The fireworks rattle windows and no doubt cause most structures to "age" from the vibration of the blasts.

Kat, we are fortunate out here in the country. We got a small town over yonder that does a great Fireworks show, but all the dogs still gotta come in. I even lock up our horses in their barn stalls before sunset on July 4th for safe measure. Drives dogs nuts!
I learned that with my dog years ago, she was a German Shepherd/Lab mix, lived to be 17 (serious), and she was so afraid of fireworks, one year she jumped the fence, ran off and went all the way into my neighbor's house and climbed into their bathtub.
Smart dog. 🐾
Did you know them ol' steel bathtubs are the safest place to be in a commotion? Darn near bulletproof, and my dog knew that. 😂
