My understanding also is that not only was Doge established to find waste, fraud, etc that any service provided that was funded and that went against our constitutional rights would be removed. It has also been said that any laws or entities that were not passed by Congress or approved, for example, the DMV, would be dissolved or reformed, as it goes againtst our constitution rights and we don't need a drivers license as our constitutioin gives us the right to travel freely in a personal capacity that goes for not needing a pass ports to leave the country. Now, someone like a bus driver, taxi, or bus service would still need a license as that is engaing in commerce.

My understanding to is that any laws on our books that infringes on the people's constitutional rights is also to be removed from the books, the permits we need to do anything like a hunting and fishing licence or to build a home, etc, now if you're engaging in commerce again and not for your personal you would still need a license to build a hotel, apartment buildings etc, as that is commercial, not in your capacity.
