For anyone who wants to dive deeper into the workings of this MATRIX we been living under, I highly recommend the videos and series by MEGA American Hero David Lester Straight. (God Rest His Soul.)
He was a Former US NAVY SEAL & INTELLIGENCE, and I reckon he was a Patriot with "Q CLEARANCE".
His conferences and presentations are highly informative and empowering, and are must watch/listens for all Patriots who want more information about how we were all enslaved. Since many of his videos are televised talks, they make for great listening while driving or while doing other things.
I'd like to think David's in QWP or "Valhalla" watchin' over us all.

Word trickery is the basis of the Admiralty or BAR Court Legal System. "Legalese" is the language they use to trick Humans, especially Americans to give up their Rights and their Property.
My most detested word is the word "understand". "Do you understand your rights?" That does not mean what we think it means...it means do we agree to stand below our Rights or basically give up our Rights - not standing ON our Rights, so we should respond, "No I do not understand my Rights I overstand them, I stand upon them."
Everything is word-mind-control and trickery in the English language. SPELLING is the casting of spells.
Another example, the word "democracy" has 3 meanings; 1) rule by the people, 2) rule by division, 3) rule by demons. When we hear it we think of#1, but when [THEY] say it, they mean#2 and#3.

This always has bugged me- the party represented by a jackass is not the 'democratic' party, it's the 'democrat' party, at least that's what it was, kek.
As for "understand"
My impression of Miranda is that it gives the arrested person legal rights.
As for "Do you understand" well, that usually comes after a parent has scolded or lectured a child.
One of my professors used to write a bunch of equations on the blackboard - (not the whiteboard) and then when he was finished, he'd turn around and say, "Understand?"
No one would answer.
So he'd insist, "Say RIGHT."
Then everyone, except me, said "Right."
Then everyone, except me, would laugh.
I didn't think he was funny.
Every, a BIG part of regaining our self-sovereignty is NOT to consent to their tricky language, which TO THEM equates to "legal consent". WE DO NOT CONSENT.
BAR Judges and Admiralty Courts can be DERAILED when you don't consent to their Legalese.
Here's another example.
A year or two ago I got called up for Jury Duty, but I regard these Admiralty Courts as FRAUDS operating under Color Of Law which is a Federal Felony, so I refuse to participate in their BS. So when "summoned", (see there - more tricky language - "summoning" is what one does to THE DEAD during a seance. They consider us dead-entities, "lost at sea".) I filled out my Jury Duty form with the following statement:
Ol' Cowboy who is "a Living, Breathing, Man with a Heartbeat, a Divine Soul"...
THEY KICKED ME OUT OF THAT COURTROOM FASTER THAN ICE IS KICKING CRIMINAL ALIENS OUT OF AMERICA. š³š
It's a DEAD-MAN'S COURT!

Yep, they booted me out of there fast and not quietly. Called out my name LOUD and said YOU ARE DISMISSED!
It's sad because I want to be a true Member of a Jury but these are not our Courts.
It's not very funny when you're in their courts fighting to maintain your Freedom or to hold onto your Property, because once entered we are on their "Vessel in Drydock", on their Ship, not on the American Soil or Land, where the Constitution applies.
They just need to be DEPORTED.
